Resumo
A presente pesquisa aborda sobre a importância das pessoas com deficiência no
mercado de trabalho, onde objetivou também mostrar a relevância dos recursos
humanos, ao contratar essas pessoas, expondo a precariedade ou a falta de inclusão
adequada aos portadores de deficiência no mercado. Para este feito, foram realizadas
entrevistas, com o olhar de uma genitora, de uma pessoa com deficiência e uma
pesquisa com duas profissionais que trabalham em ONG’s, nas quais, fazem a
inserção dessas pessoas no mercado. Os resultados demonstraram, uma incerteza
diante do futuro profissional de muitas pessoas com deficiência, já que muitos
possuem uma certa dependência, de seus responsáveis, ou faltam oportunidades,
compatíveis com as especificidades de cada deficiência. É notório, que se houvesse
mais políticas públicas, acerca desses profissionais, mais efetividade na fiscalização
do governo, ao fazer valer sua “lei” e a conscientização da sociedade e das empresas
em incluir de maneira correta e eficiente as pessoas com deficiência.
This research addresses the importance of people with disabilities in the labor market, where it also aimed to show the relevance of human resources, when hiring these people, exposing the precariousness or lack of adequate inclusion for people with disabilities in the market. For this purpose, interviews were carried out, with the eyes of a mother, a person with disabilities and a survey with two professionals who work in NGOs, in which they insert these people into the market. The results showed uncertainty about the professional future of many people with disabilities, since many have a certain dependence on their guardians, or lack opportunities, compatible with the specifics of each disability. It is clear that if there were more public policies about these professionals, more effectiveness in the inspection of the government, by enforcing its "law" and the awareness of society and companies to correctly and efficiently include people with disabilities.
