Itaquera: o futuro nobre de São Paulo

Abstract

O objetivo deste trabalho é demonstrar como Itaquera, na Zona Leste de São Paulo, vem passando por grandes transformações, resultantes de intervenções e investimentos públicos e privados com objetivo de desenvolver a região.Se parte destes investimentos responde a demandas antigas de movimentos locais, por outro lado, o novo ritmo das mudanças, impulsionadas principalmente pela abertura da Copa do Mundo­FIFA, geram intensas mudanças no perfil do bairro e na vida dos seus moradores, além de movimentar e modificar o perfil de negócio e valores dos imobiliários residenciais e comerciais. Com isso, este trabalho visa explanar como isso afeta e muda o perfil da região, das famílias, do comércio e os impactos positivos e, eventualmente negativos, destas transformações e de como ficará a região após estas mudançasThe objective of this work is to demonstrate how Itaquera, in the East Zone of São Paulo, has been undergoing major transformations, resulting from interventions and public and private investments with the objective of developing the region. of these investments responds to old demands of local movements, on the other On the other hand, the new rhythm of changes, driven mainly by the opening of the FIFA World Cup, generate intense changes in the profile of the neighborhood and in the lives of its residents, in addition to moving and modifying the business profile and values of the residential and commercial real estate.
