Tratamento térmico do aço SAE 1045

Abstract

Este trabalho tem por objetivo estudar o comportamento das propriedades mecânicas do aço SAE 1045 quando submetido a diferentes tratamentos térmicos. Para este estudo as amostras foram submetidas á vários tratamentos térmicos. Através dos ensaios mecânicos suas propriedades foram comparadas entre si. Foram realizadas também análises metalográficas para caracterizar a microestrutura das amostras a fim de avaliar o efeito do tratamento térmico. Por fim, são feitas considerações relativas à variação das propriedades mecânicas do aço SAE 1045 quando submetidos a vários tipos de tratamentos térmicos.This work aims to study the mechanical properties of SAE 1045 steel when subjected to different heat treatments. For this study the samples were subjected to various heat treatments. Through the mechanical test properties were compared. Also metallographic analyzes were performed to characterize the microstructure of the samples in order to evaluate the effect of heat treatment. Lastly, considerations are made on the variation of mechanical properties of SAE 1045 steel when subjected to various heat treatments.
