Inclusão de pessoas transexuais no mercado de trabalho

Abstract

Este estudo buscou abordar os desafios que os indivíduos transexuais enfrentam ao buscar o trabalho formal, para isso, utilizou-se a metodologia qualitativa, tendo como forma de pesquisa a revisão bibliográfica e documental, realizando a leitura de fatos vivenciados por pessoas que fazem parte dessa identidade, e entre outras fontes de conhecimento, o objetivo aqui delineado foi discutir sobre os desafios e problemas enfrentados por esses indivíduos para inserção no mercado de trabalho, para isso, o trabalho foi dividido em duas seções, em um primeiro momento foi demonstrado o que é a identidade sexual e a identidade sexual das pessoas transexuais, enquanto na segunda seção, as questões como: por que não incluir essas pessoas no mercado de trabalho e, em seguida, o papel dos Recursos Humanos para inserir essas pessoas nas organizações.This study sought to address the challenges that transgender individuals face when seek formal work, for this, the qualitative methodology was used, having as a way of researches the bibliographical and documental review, carrying out the reading of facts experienced by people who are part of this identity, and among other sources of knowledge, the objective outlined here was to discuss the challenges and problems faced by these individuals to insertion in the labor market, for this, the work was divided into two sections, one first moment it was demonstrated what is the sexual identity and the sexual identity of the transgender people, while in the second section, questions such as: why not include these people in the labor market and then the role of Human Resources to insert these people in organizations.
