Motivação no ambiente corporativo

Abstract

Esse estudo tem a intenção de apontar a importância da motivação no ambiente corporativo, através de exemplos e estudos fundamentados. Mostraremos estudos que apontam que o funcionário que trabalha motivado, tende a ser mais responsável, pró-ativo e gerar resultados positivos para a organização.This study intends to point out the importance of motivation in the corporate environment, through examples and well-founded studies. We will show studies that prove that the employee who works motivated tends to be more responsible, proactive and generate positive results for the organization.
