EVA - Representação e Distribuição de Laticínios

Abstract

O objetivo deste TG foi apresentar o Plano de Negócios, analisando a viabilidade de implantação de uma empresa de representação e distribuição de laticínios. A metodologia utilizada compreendeu os seguintes métodos de pesquisa: na primeira fase, utilizou-se a revisão bibliográfica com o propósito de analisar a literatura sobre empreendedorismo e seus desafios; no segundo momento, foram feitos levantamentos financeiros e realizadas pesquisas de mercado. Os resultados obtidos indicaram que poderá seguir com a abertura da empresa, pois foram satisfatórios. Pode-se concluir que é viável a abertura da empresa de representação e distribuição de laticínios.The objective of this TG was to present the Business Plan, analyzing the feasibility of implementing a dairy representation and distribution company. The methodology used comprised the following research methods: in the first phase, a bibliographic review was used with the purpose of analyzing the literature on entrepreneurship and its challenges; in the second stage, financial surveys were carried out and market research was carried out. The results obtained indicated that it could continue with the opening of the company, as they were satisfactory. It can be concluded that opening a dairy representation and distribution company is viable.
