Abstract

O objetivo deste T.G. foi apresentar um plano de negócio para verificar a viabilidade referente a uma cafeteria. A metodologia utilizada compreendeu os seguintes métodos de pesquisa: Na fase inicial, conduziu-se uma pesquisa bibliográfica com o objetivo de examinar as obras e estudos disponíveis acerca do mercado de cafeterias; no segundo momento, foram realizadas análises de custos, precificação e comportamento do consumidor. Os resultados obtidos indicaram que o negócio é financeiramente viável, com um retorno do investimento projetado para 3,6 meses, e que há um forte potencial de crescimento no mercado. Pode-se concluir que a empresa possui um modelo sustentável, com alto potencial de fidelização e expansão.The aim of this project was to present a business plan to check the viability of a coffee shop. The methodology used comprised the following research methods: Firstly, a bibliographical survey was conducted with the aim of examining the works and studies available on the coffee shop market; in the second phase, cost, pricing and consumer behavior analyses were carried out. The results obtained indicate that the business is financially viable, with a projected return on investment of 3.6 months, and that there is strong potential for growth in the market. It can be concluded that the company has a sustainable model, with high potential for loyalty and expansion.
