Resumo
Este trabalho pretende abordar o papel de RHs na inclusão de pessoas com
deficiência, visto a importância do tema na relação empresa-empresa na
contemporaneidade. Os sócios, empresários, gerentes e gerentes de RH muitas
vezes se encontram com o que a lei de portaria, no entanto, o que ainda é visto
que muitas empresas se recusam a aceitar e contratar essas pessoas. O papel
do profissional do RH pode contribuir para incluir pessoas com necessidades
especiais em empresas e mercado de trabalho. A definição utilizada foi através
da pesquisa bibliográfica de autores que colaboram para um estudo aprofundado
do assunto. Concluímos que todas as pessoas com alguma necessidade
especial têm o mesmo direito de uma pessoa normal, elas também precisam
serem aceitas na sociedade e principalmente sendo inseridos no mercado de
trabalho, e é necessário descartá-los de preconceito e bullyings e adotar
medidas de inclusão que contribuem para a experiência justa na sociedade.
This article intends to approach the role of HRs in the inclusion of people with disabilities, considering the importance of the theme in the company-company relationship nowadays. Partners, business owners, managers and HR managers often come across what the ordinance law, however, what is still seen that many companies refuse to accept and hire these people. The role of the HR professional can help to include people with special needs in companies and in the job market. The definition used was through the bibliographical research of authors who collaborate for an in-depth study of the subject. We conclude that all people with any special needs have the same right as a normal person, they also need to be accepted in society and especially by being inserted in the labor market, and it is necessary to discard them from prejudice and bullying and adopt inclusion measures that contribute to the fair experience in society.
