Alcoeste bioenergia e suas contribuições para região noroeste

Abstract

No Brasil a cana de açúcar é considerada de grande relevância econômica e uma cultura de muita importância das contestações dos impactos associados. O Presente trabalho são identificar os impactos ambientais econômicos das usinas sucroalcooleiras, estudar casos da Usina Alcoeste Bioenergia S/A, ressaltando os impactos na economia da região em que ela se encontra e os projetos de responsabilidade social. Foi feito pesquisas no site da Alcoeste e foi feita uma entrevista com o diretor presidente da referida empresa onde ele nos relatou seus projetos sociais como a lay-off que teve início na pandemia e continuará funcionando após também, o projeto refletiu resultados positivos na qualificação dos colaboradores não só no caráter acadêmico mas pessoal, socioeconômico e profissional. A suma importância do questionário feito junto a população da cidade e colaboradores a qual a Alcoeste está localizada gerando progresso social e oportunidades de crescimento profissional.In Brazil sugar cane is considered of great economic relevance and a culture of great importance of the challenges of the associated impacts. The aim of this work is to identify the economic environmental impacts of sugar and alcohol mills, to study the case of the Alcoeste Bionergia S/A mill, highlighting its impact on the economy of the region where it is located and its social responsibility projects. Research was carried out on the Alcoeste site and an interview was held with the CEO of the company, where he told us about its social projects like the lay-off that started during the pandemic and will continue afterwards; the project has reflected positive results in the qualification of employees not only academically but also personally, socio-economically and professionally. The great importance of the questionnaire carried out with the population of the town and employees where Alcoeste is located, generating social progress and opportunities for professional growth
