TPM usado em ferramental em uma metalúrgica

Abstract

O maior desafio de qualquer empresa, seja qual for sua dimensão, é reduzir seus custos para que possa sobreviver no atual contexto de globalização. O preço de um produto é definido pelo mercado, portanto a única forma de sobreviver e obter lucros é reduzir os custos a ponto de se obter margens compensatórias. A Manutenção Produtiva Total (MPT), que tem como principal objetivo a redução dos custos de manutenção dos meios de produção, torna-se, então, ferramenta importante para o crescimento e a manutenção da vida de uma indústria. O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar uma proposta para a implantação da MPT, demonstrando suas principais características, vantagens e etapas. Mesmo sendo usada em um ferramental demonstrar a funcionalidade e as vantagens desta utilização buscando aperfeiçoar a melhoria na montagem. Os dados foram analisados de modo quantitativo com apresentação de médias produtivas.The biggest challenge for any company, whatever its size, is to reduce its costs so that it can survive in the current context of globalization. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), whose main objective is to reduce the costs of maintaining the means of production, is therefore an important tool for the growth and maintenance of the life of an industry. The objective of this work is to present a proposal for the implementation of TPM, demonstrating its main characteristics, advantages and stages. Although it is used in a tooling, it demonstrates the functionality and the advantages of this use, aiming to improve the improvement in the assembly. The data were analyzed in a quantitative way with presentation of productive averages.
