Abstract

Com a necessidade de o homem conhecer com mais precisão o mundo em que ele vive e esclarecer certos fenômenos, surgiram ferramentas de grande importância. O sensoriamento remoto é uma dessas ferramentas, que se utilizando de sensores orbitais e de softwares para a análise e classificação das imagens permitiu ao analista estudar objetos ou regiões na superfície da Terra sem entrar diretamente em contato com os mesmos. Estes fenômenos ou objetos de interesse são basicamente a vegetação, culturas agrícolas, solos, formações rochosas, corpos de água entre outros.With the necessity of the man to know with more precision the world he lives and explain certain phenomenons, appeared tools of big importance. The remote sensing is one of these tools, that using orbits sensors and softwares to the analysis and classification of the images permited to the analyst study objects or regions in the surface of the Earth without enter directly in contact with them. This phenomenons or objects of interest are basically the vegetation, agricultural culture, earths, rocky formations, waters body, beyond others.
