Abstract

O Gerenciamento de Mudanças serve para que as mudanças na infraestrutura de TI sejam feitas de uma forma controlada e com o mínimo de riscos para o negócio, visando estes benefícios iremos criar um sistema em Java que ajudará no entendimento e implantação deste gerenciamento com as orientações das metodologias da ITIL e Cobit.Change Management is for changes in the IT infrastructure to be made in a controlled manner and with minimal risk to the business, aiming at these benefits we will create a system in Java that will help in the understanding and implementation of this management with the guidelines of the ITIL and Cobit methodologies.
