Logística de transportes: um comparativo dos diferentes custos entre frota própria e terceirizada em uma empresa de telhas metálicas

Abstract

O presente artigo tem como objetivo explicar a logística de transporte, explicando o conceito,um pouco da história e como funciona, também tentamos visar qual sistema, entre o terceirizado e o próprio, se encaixa melhor para uma empresa que produz telhas na nossa região. Para chegar às respostas tentou-se entender todos os custos que envolvem a logística de transporte dos produtos, desde sua saída até a chegada ao destino, tanto fo sistema terceirizado quanto do próprio, buscando também compreender as vantagens e desvantagens de ambos sistemas estudadosThis article aims to explain transport logistics, explaining the concept, a little of the history and how it works, we also try to target which system, between outsourced and own, fits best for a company that produces tiles in our region. In order to arrive at the answers, an attempt was made to understand all the costs involved in the logistics of transporting the products, from their departure to their arrival at the destination, both for the outsourced system and the own system, also seeking to understand the advantages and disadvantages of both systems studied.
