Os problemas retratados no sistema prisional brasileiro.

Abstract

O trabalho visa demonstrar a vida das mulheres nas penitenciárias femininas no Brasil, é um assunto de extrema importância, mas é muito defasado e pouco tratado nos veículos de mídia no âmbito nacional. Nesse viés, a elaboração do trabalho foi desenvolvida por meio de pesquisas quantitativas e qualitativas, tencionando obter efeitos comparativos com a percepção e a realidade. Através da pesquisa quantitativa obtemos um total de 119 respostas de pessoas que não adquiriam conhecimento sobre o assunto, e com respeito a pesquisa qualitativa, foi entrevistada a mãe de uma atual detenta que se encontra no Sistema Prisional de São José do Rio Preto. Chegando à conclusão da precariedade em questão a saúde, saneamento e segurança. Notando claramente que o sistema brasileiro está arruinado e não oferece as mulheres privadas de liberdade, seus direitos garantidos na Lei de Execução Penal, em consonância com o grave problema encontrado na readaptação social ou ressocialização dessas mulheres.The work aims to demonstrate the life of women in women's prisons in Brazil, it is a subject of extreme importance, but is very outdated and little treated in the media vehicles nationwide. In this vein, the work was developed through quantitative and qualitative research, intending to obtain comparative effects with the perception and the reality. Through the quantitative research we obtained a total of 119 answers from people who did not acquire knowledge about the subject, and with respect to the qualitative research, the mother of a current detainee who is in the prison system of São José do Rio Preto was interviewed. Coming to the conclusion of the precariousness in terms of health, sanitation and safety. Noting clearly that the Brazilian system is ruined and does not offer women deprived of their freedom, their rights guaranteed in the Law of Criminal Enforcement, in line with the serious problem found in the social rehabilitation or re-socialization of these women.
