Resumo
Esse artigo teve como objetivo estudar de que forma ocorre o processo de sucessão nas empresas familiar, para tanto fez se uma pesquisa de campo de forma a analisar os desafios de gestão enfrentados pelos proprietários da empresa familiar, identificando quais métodos para solução e condução da empresa. Adotou-se a metodologia descritiva, procurou observar, descrever, registrar, analisar e relacionar fatos referentes ao tema através de livros, dissertações, artigos científicos. Onde foi possível concluir que, é preciso um planejamento para o período, e a preparação do sucessor para ajudar a empresa nos desafios enfrentados e principalmente a disposição do sucedido em passar a gestão para outra pessoa, mesmo sendo da mesma família. Portanto, para obter-se processo sucessório, são necessárias a capacidade do sucedido em repassar o seu conhecimento, e o sucessor de recebê-lo.
This article aimed to study how the succession process occurs in family businesses, for that a research was done in order to analyze the management challenges faced by the owners of the family business, identifying which methods to solve and conduct the company, the descriptive methodology was adopted, seeking to observe, describe, register, analyze and correlate facts related to the theme through books, dissertations, scientific articles. Where it was possible to conclude that, it is necessary a planning for the period, and the preparation of the successor to help the company in the challenges faced and especially the willingness of the successful to pass the management to another person, even being from the same family. Therefore, in order to obtain a succession process, the ability of the successor to pass on his knowledge and the successor to receive it are necessary.
