Abstract

o leite bovino é um dos principais produtos do agronegócio consumidos no Brasil, sendo fonte de muitos nutrientes e o leite UHT é o carro chefe no mercado de produtos láctos. Diante disso, para ganhar competitividade no mercado, muitos produtores tem buscado a produção dos chamados leites especiais, estando entre eles o que possui o selo “Leite A2”. Esse selo garante a qualidade do produto e a sua origem. Por se um produto novo no mercado mundial, ainda pouco se conhece sobre as suas características e como obter a certificação. Então, o presente trabalho tem como objetivo, identificar e analisar o caminho necessário para a obtenção do selo A2, no Brasil.bovine milk is on of the main agribusiness products consumed in Brasil, being a source of many nutrients and UHT milk is the flagship product in the dairy market. This seal guarantees the quality of the product and its origin. As a new product on the world market, little is know about its characteristics and how to obtain certification. So, the present work aims to identify and analyze the path necessary to obtain the A2 seal, in Brasil
