Resumo
O presente plano de negócios foi elaborado com foco na satisfação dos clientes,
fundamentado em pesquisas de campo e na proposta de oferecer sanduíches
artesanais saborosos e inovadores, contribuindo para o fortalecimento do comércio
alimentício. A proposta baseia-se nos conhecimentos adquiridos nas aulas de
desenvolvimento de modelos de negócios, com o principal objetivo de atender à
crescente demanda por opções de alimentação de qualidade. A estratégia inclui o
uso de marketing digital, com o intuito de alcançar o maior número possível de
consumidores e, consequentemente, gerar rentabilidade para a empresa.
Acreditamos que a proposta inovadora desenvolvida pelo grupo tem grande
potencial para se destacar e obter sucesso no mercado de alimentação.
This business plan was developed with a focus on customer satisfaction, based on field research and the proposal to offer delicious and innovative artisanal sandwiches, contributing to the strengthening of the food industry. The proposal is based on the knowledge acquired in business model development classes, with the main objective of meeting the growing demand for quality food options. The strategy includes the use of digital marketing to reach as many consumers as possible and, consequently, generate profitability for the company. We believe that the innovative proposal developed by the group has great potential to stand out and achieve success in the food market.
