Resumo
O presente Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso tem por objetivo apresentar o plano de
negócios da empresa Lúmina Mídias Digitais, dedicada ao desenvolvimento de
conteúdos e estratégias de marketing para micro e pequenos empreendedores. A
proposta busca atender à crescente demanda desses negócios por uma presença
online eficiente, oferecendo soluções acessíveis e personalizadas para fortalecer
sua visibilidade digital. Durante a elaboração do trabalho, foram realizadas
pesquisas exploratórias e descritivas a partir de levantamentos bibliográficos, com o
objetivo de compreender as principais dificuldades enfrentadas pelos pequenos
empreendedores na divulgação de seus produtos e serviços. Com base nessas
análises, foi desenvolvido um plano estratégico que abrange ações de marketing,
estrutura operacional, projeções financeiras e avaliação de mercado. Os resultados
indicam que a Lúmina possui viabilidade econômica e potencial de crescimento,
considerando o aumento da demanda por serviços digitais acessíveis e sob medida.
A empresa se posiciona como uma parceira estratégica para os micros e pequenos
empreendedores, contribuindo para o fortalecimento de suas marcas e para a
ampliação da competitividade no ambiente digital.
The purpose of this Course Completion Work is to present the business plan of Lúmina Digital Media, a company dedicated to the development of content and marketing strategies for micro and small business owners. The proposal aims to meet the growing demand of these businesses for an effective online presence, offering accessible and personalized solutions to strengthen their digital visibility. During the preparation of this work, exploratory and descriptive research was conducted based on bibliographic surveys to understand the main challenges faced by small entrepreneurs in promoting their products and services. Based on these analyses, a strategic plan was developed encompassing marketing actions, operational structure, financial projections, and market evaluation. The results indicate that Lúmina has economic viability and growth potential, considering the increased demand for accessible and tailored digital services. The company positions itself as a strategic partner for micro and small entrepreneurs, contributing to the strengthening of their brands and the expansion of their competitiveness in the digital environment.
