Envelhecimento populacional e mercado de trabalho: desafios e estratégias para a inclusão e adaptação de pessoas

Abstract

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar os desafios e estratégias de inclusão dos trabalhadores em estágio de envelhecimento funcional. Para isso foi realizado um estudo de caso em forma de formulário o qual foi compartilhado pelas redes sociais. Os resultados apontam que os maiores desafios são a alta competitividade no mercado e a falta de oportunidades para estes trabalhadores. A pesquisa conclui que é necessário a implantação de uma nova cultura organizacional voltada à inclusão e a adaptação desses colaboradores para aumentar a visibilidade e reconhecimento dos mesmos.The aim of this study is to analyze the challenges and strategies for the inclusion of workers in the stage of functional aging. To this end, a case study was carried out in the form of a form that was shared via social networks. The results show that the biggest challenges are the highly competitive market and the lack of opportunities for these workers. The research concludes that it is necessary to implement a new organizational culture aimed at the inclusion and adaptation of these employees in order to increase their visibility and recognition.
