Data were collected through interviews with employees of the institution and direct observation of the work environment. The proposed system seeks to computerize tasks such as student enrollment, control of classes and teachers, issuing of reports and management of workshops and materials, replacing manual records on paper. The theoretical basis includes management information systems, software engineering, modeling with UML, web architecture and information security. As a result, a functional prototype was developed that meets the requirements raised and offers gains in efficiency, organization and information security. It is concluded that the proposal is viable, aligned with the needs of the school and contributes significantly to the modernization of administrative management. The initial hypothesis was confirmed and the objectives of the work were achieved.
