Kingio: um negócio eletrônico para organizar e compartilhar informações de saúde pet entre tutores e profissionais

Abstract

O segmento de negócio pet se consolidou como um dos que mais crescem no país. Antes da pandemia da COVID-19, o Brasil já possuía a segunda maior população de animais de estimação do mundo, e esse número cresceu ainda mais devido à quarentena. Com base em uma pesquisa com tutores de pets, observou-se a necessidade de controle das informações dos animais de estimação, visando ao cuidado e à saúde dos animais. Nesse sentido, foi desenvolvido o aplicativo Kingyo, que objetiva assegurar a qualidade de vida do animal, com o intuito de evitar que os tutores esqueça datas importantes relacionadas à saúde animal. Através do aplicativo, que será disponibilizado para smartphones, será possível acessar as informações de forma rápida e em qualquer momento, facilitando o compartilhamento de informações entre tutores e profissionais veterinários. Este relatório apresenta o desenvolvimento de um modelo de negócio eletrônico que tem como intuito organizar e compartilhar as informações referentes à saúde do animal de estimação. Para a validação do negócio foram utilizadas as ferramentas Canvas, Matriz SWOT e 5W2H, além de ter sido realizado o estudo de viabilidade do projeto que, levando em consideração o potencial de mercado no qual está inserido, mostra-se viável.The pet business segment has consolidated itself as one of the fastest-growing segments in the country. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, Brazil already had the second largest population of pets in the world, and that number grew even more due to the quarantine. Based on a survey of pet tutors, we noted the need to control pet information, focusing on the care and health of animals. In this sense, the Kingyo application was developed, which aims to ensure the quality of life of the animal, to prevent tutors from forgetting important dates related to animal health. Through the application, which will be made available for smartphones, it will be possible to access the information quickly and at any time, facilitating the sharing of information between tutors and veterinary professionals. This report presents the development of an electronic business model that aims to organize and share information regarding pet health. For the validation of the business, the tools Canvas, SWOT Matrix, and 5W2H were used, in addition to the feasibility study of the project that proves to be viable, taking into account the market potential in which it is inserted.
