Inteligência emocional como diferencial estratégico de um líder

Abstract

A Inteligência Emocional tornou-se um assunto relevante tanto no âmbito pessoal quanto profissional. Diante disso, será apresentado um estudo de caso e pesquisas bibliográficas sobre o tema, com o objetivo de evidenciar os benefícios e o diferencial de um líder com capacidade de IE. O estudo sobre o tema teve um crescimento a partir do século XlX em consequência da busca de informações sobre a inteligência humana. Desde então, diversas teorias têm sido discutidas por psicólogos e profissionais da área. A partir dos dados e informações obtidos, foi realizada uma reflexão a considerar a importância de profissionais com habilidade de liderança e o quanto isso implica na vida pessoal e profissional dos seus colaboradores.

Emotional Intelligence has become a relevant subject in the personal and professional environment. Therefore, a case study and bibliographic research on the subject will be presented, with the objective of highlighting the benefits and differentials of a leader with EI capacity. The study on the subject emerged from the XIX century because of the search for information on human intelligence. Since that, several theories have been discussed by psychologists and professionals in the field. Based on the data and information obtained, a reflection was carried out to consider the importance of professionals with leadership capacity and how much this implies in the personal and professional lives of their employees.
