Abstract

A ética empresarial vem tomando um grande espaço na sociedade atual, tendo como o objetivo, analisar o comportamento humano dentro de uma empresa e a partir disso gerar melhorias para uma convivência melhor. O presente trabalho teve como objetivo geral mostrar a construção de uma empresa real, para a partir de seus dados reais e informações. Então os objetivos específicos foram a introdução teórica de conteúdo, Para a conclusão da pesquisa, foi feita uma pesquisa explicativa com base no conteúdo central do trabalho, consultando livros e sites oficiais. Dessa forma, pode-se dizer que os objetivos gerais e específicos foram realizados e os resultados estimados foram atingidos.Business ethics has been taking a large space in today's society, with the objective, to analyze human behavior within a company and from that generate improvements for a better coexistence.
