Melhoria e otimização dos processos organizacionais e produtivos

Abstract

O objetivo desse relatório técnico-científico foi apresentar as atividades desenvolvidas durante a Convalidação de Estágio Supervisionado para o curso de Mecânica. A metodologia utilizada no trabalho compreendeu os seguintes métodos de pesquisa: na primeira fase, foi feita uma revisão bibliográfica com o propósito de analisar na literatura os principais recursos e ferramentas utilizados na empresa em que se realizou o Estágio, como o Sistema SAP ERP, a metodologia 5S e o TLT (Treinamento no Local de Trabalho); em segundo momento, foram apresentadas as atividades desenvolvidas bem como os melhoramentos no setor produtivo. Pode-se concluir que os objetivos tanto do estágio quanto desse trabalho foram alcançados com sucesso, uma vez que foi possível observar resultados positivos no dia a dia da produção e organização da empresa.The objective of this technical-scientific report was to present the activities developed during the Validation of Supervised Internship for the Mechanics course. The methodology used in this paper comprised the following research methods: firstly, a literature review was carried out in order to analyze in the literature the main resources and tools used in the company where the Internship was carried out, such as the SAP ERP System, the 5S methodology and the TLT (On-the-job Training); secondly, the activities developed were presented as well as the improvements in the productive sector. It can be concluded that the objectives of both the internship and this paper were successfully achieved, since it was possible to observe positive results in the day-to-day production and organization of the company.
