Mulheres no mercado de trabalho: dificuldades do gênero em tempos de pandemia

Abstract

A pesquisa tem objetivo achar respostas sobre o desemprego no mercado de trabalho feminino. As questões que serão abordadas nessa pesquisa serão baseadas em qual ou quais fatores fizeram os índices de mulheres trabalhando baixarem no período da pandemia e se de alguma forma o gênero está interligado a isto. Se houve algum modo de reinvenção individual para ter uma nova fonte de renda.The research aims to find answers about unemployment in the female labor market. The questions that will be addressed in this study will be based on which factor(s) caused the number of women working to decline during the pandemic and whether gender is in any way linked to this. Whether there was any way of individual reinvention to have a new source of income.
