Resumo
LaNNa’s Ice Cream foi criado a partir do problema que pessoas com certas restrições alimentares como: diabéticos, intolerantes à lactose e veganos encontram ao buscarem por uma sobremesa prática e rápida. A falta de sorvetes cremosos que não são a base de leite de vaca ou que não possuem muito açúcar ainda é muito grande no mercado. O objetivo do projeto é criar um sorvete cremoso a base de leite vegetal e avelã sem uma quantidade grande de açúcar. Para a realização do sorvete foram feitas pesquisas e experimentos para que o projeto desse certo. Os primeiros resultados não foram favoráveis entretanto o último resultado foi o melhor. Os objetivos foram todos alcançados, além de abrirem oportunidades de novos sabores.
LaNNa's Ice Cream was created from the problem that people with certain dietary restrictions such as: diabetics, lactose intolerants and vegans encounter when looking for a practical and quick dessert. The lack of creamy ice creams that are not based on cow's milk or that don't have a lot of sugar is still very big in the market. The aim of the project is to create a creamy sorbet based on vegetable milk and hazelnuts without a large amount of sugar. For the realization of the ice cream, research and experiments were carried out so that the project worked. The first results were not favorable however the last result was the best. The objectives were all achieved, in addition to opening up opportunities for new flavors.
