Em busca de emprego em pleno século XXI sendo negro no Brasil

Abstract

O principal intuito desse trabalho de conclusão de curso tem como finalidade mostrar como o racismo ainda muito abrangente no país, e que a busca por emprego pela população negra é maior. Em pleno século XXI, o racismo ainda está presente em nossa sociedade e no ambiente de trabalho. Pode-se dizer isso acontece pela história em que o país foi fundado e estruturado e o rumo em que tomou. Em um levantamento feito pelo IBGE em 2018 fosse notado que o índice de desigualdade econômico entre brancos e negros é bem relevante. É claro que o governo criou algumas formas de combater essa desigualdade, mas somente isso não é o suficiente para corrigir 500 anos de escravidão.The main purpose of this course conclusion work is to show how racism is still very widespread in the country, and that the search for employment by the Black population is greater. In the 21st century, racism is still present in our society and in the work environment. It can be said that this happens because of the history in which the country was founded and structured and the direction in which it took. In a survey conducted by the IBGE in 2018, it was noted0 that the index of economic inequality between whites and Black people is very relevant. Of course, the government created some ways to combat this inequality, but that alone is not enough to correct five hundred years of slavery.
