Resumo
Este estudo investiga os fatores que contribuem para o desenvolvimento da Síndrome de Burnout e os impactos que causa no desempenho dos colaboradores, acrescentando sobre a influência indireta de algumas situações e assuntos semelhantes a síndrome, além de acrescentar estratégias organizacionais para sua mitigação. A pesquisa foi conduzida por meio de revisão bibliográfica, e aplicação de questionários com colaboradores de diferentes setores empresariais da cidade de Conchal. Os resultados indicam que alta pressão, falta de reconhecimento e desequilíbrio entre vida pessoal e profissional são os principais gatilhos. Conclui-se que iniciativas como programas de bem-estar, flexibilização de horários e construção de uma cultura organizacional positiva são essenciais para minimizar os efeitos do Burnout e aumentar a produtividade. A pesquisa busca oferecer subsídios para que empresas possam reconhecer e enfrentar os desafios impostos pelo Burnout, promovendo ambientes de trabalho mais equilibrados e produtivos, com impacto positivo tanto para os colaboradores quanto para os resultados organizacionais.
This study investigates the factors that contribute to the development of Burnout Syndrome and the impacts it causes on employee performance, adding to the indirect influence of some situations and issues similar to the syndrome, in addition to adding organizational strategies for its mitigation. The research was conducted through a bibliographical review and application of questionnaires with employees from different business sectors in the city of Conchal. The results indicate that high pressure, lack of recognition and imbalance between personal and professional life are the main triggers. It is concluded that initiatives such as well-being programs, flexible working hours and building a positive organizational culture are essential to minimize the effects of Burnout and increase productivity. The research seeks to offer support so that companies can recognize and face the challenges posed by Burnout, promoting more balanced and productive work environments, with a positive impact on both employees and organizational results.
