Abstract

Baseando nas pesquisas verificou-se que a disponibilização do software é de grande importância para os pacientes dos hospitais públicos e privados, pois além de agendar as consultas e marcar os horários de atendimento caso a pessoa esqueça, o software ira mandar uma mensagem de confirmação para a pessoa confirmar se poderá comparecer aquele dia, se não, o aplicativo irá desmarcar a consulta para liberar a vaga para outra pessoa que necessite da consulta naquele horário. O software também disponibilizara um perfil exclusivo ao cliente que possuir um convênio em determinado hospital, isso permite tanto o usuário quanto o profissional da saúde, visualizarem o perfil. O perfil irá conter informações como nome, idade, endereço, telefone, além de mostrar o tipo sanguíneo do paciente, se possui alguma alergia e se possui algumas doenças, sendo elas crônicas, genéticas ou ativas.

Based on the researches we verified that the availability of the software will be of great importance for the patients of the public and private hospitals, since in addition to scheduling the appointments and scheduling the care if the person forgets, the software will send a confirmation message to the person confirm that the day can appear, otherwise the application will uncheck the query to free the spot for another person who needs the query at that time. The software will also provide a unique profile to the client that has an agreement in a particular hospital, which allows both the user and the health professional to view the profile. The profile will contain information such as name, age, address and telephone, as well as showing the patient's blood type, any allergies, and if they have some diseases, such as chronic, genetic or active.
