Motivação no ambiente de trabalho: o impacto na motivação das pessoas

Abstract

Uma equipe desmotivada e desunida certamente não alcançará os objetivos propostos. Entretanto, a responsabilidade por esse cenário muitas vezes é do próprio grupo e da dinâmica estabelecida entre os membros. Pensando nisso, o presente estudo tem por objetivo geral conhecer os impactos da equipe na motivação das pessoas, entendendo, pela perspectiva dos líderes e liderados, os fatores específicos que motivam e desmotivam, bem como de que modo a equipe pode influenciar na motivação dos colegas. Assim, será realizada pesquisa qualitativa de caráter exploratório e descritivo, por meio da técnica de pesquisa bibliográfica com base em artigos, sites e revistas científicas sobre o assunto, além de estudo de caso realizado por meio de questionário estruturado, aplicado aos líderes e liderados de uma empresa da cidade de Franca, no interior de São Paulo. Os resultados indicam que a união e a cooperação da equipe são fatores que influenciam na motivação das pessoas. Com isso, o estudo reforça a ideia de que é essencial buscar novos métodos e ferramentas que proporcionem mais motivação aos seus colaboradores, bem como reconhecimento e valorização pelos serviços prestados por eles.An unmotivated and disunited team will certainly not achieve the proposed objectives. With that in mind, the present study has the general objective of knowing the impacts of the team on people's motivation, understanding, from the perspective of leaders and followers, the specific factors that motivate and demotivate, as well as how the team can influence the motivation of colleagues. . Thus, exploratory and descriptive qualitative research will be carried out, through the bibliographical research technique based on articles, websites and scientific journals on the subject, in addition to a case study carried out through a structured questionnaire, applied to leaders and followers of a company from the city of Franca, in the interior of São Paulo. The results indicate that team unity and cooperation are factors that influence people's motivation. With this, the study reinforces the idea that it is essential to seek new methods and tools that provide more motivation to its employees, as well as recognition and appreciation for the services provided by them.
