Resumo
Este Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso aborda o impacto do modelo híbrido e home
office no desempenho dos trabalhadores. A pesquisa investiga como a transição para
esses formatos influencia a produtividade, a saúde mental e a adaptação das
empresas e colaboradores. Com base em estudos acadêmicos, entrevistas e pesquisa
de campo, foram analisados fatores como satisfação profissional, desafios na
comunicação e equilíbrio entre vida pessoal e trabalho. Os resultados indicam que,
apesar das vantagens de flexibilidade e qualidade de vida, há desafios como
isolamento social e necessidade de infraestrutura adequada. O estudo conclui que
estratégias bem estruturadas e suporte organizacional são essenciais para otimizar a
experiência dos trabalhadores e garantir maior eficiência no ambiente corporativo.
This Course Completion Work addresses the impact of the hybrid and home office model on workers' performance. The research investigates how the transition to these formats influences productivity, mental health and the adaptation of companies and employees. Based on academic studies, interviews and field research, factors such as professional satisfaction, communication challenges and work-life balance were analyzed. The results indicate that, despite the advantages of flexibility and quality of life, there are challenges such as social isolation and the need for adequate infrastructure. The study concludes that well-structured strategies and organizational support are essential to optimize workers' experience and ensure greater efficiency in the corporate environment
