Resumo
O Endomarketing estabelece uma série de fatores que consideram sempre o bem
estar dos colaboradores, direcionado ao público interno da empresa, esta ferramenta
consiste em promover os valores destinados a servir o cliente. com melhorias na
comunicação interna da empresa, obtém-se uma melhor transparência entre os
colaboradores e departamentos da companhia, além de haver uma comunicação mais
próxima entre a administração e os colaboradores. A criação de programas de
incentivo faz com que o colaborador aumente seu rendimento e se sinta motivado,
produzindo com qualidade, pois passa a sentir-se parte da empresa, o Endomarketing
também fomenta a criação de programas de capacitação para os colaboradores se
especializarem e se desenvolverem profissionalmente, participações no lucro da
empresa e o reconhecimento do colaborador como parte fundamental da organização.
