Residência sustentável para pessoas de baixa e média renda

Abstract

A sustentabilidade está se tornando um dos assuntos mais abordados do século XXI, e tem sido introduzido em diversas áreas, sendo uma delas a construção civil. O objetivo deste trabalho é criar um projeto arquitetônico de uma residência simples e sustentável de 98 metros quadrados, substituindo os materiais convencionais utilizados na construção civil, por materiais e técnicas sustentáveis. Tendo como obstáculos conseguir criar uma estrutura com longa durabilidade e que seja mais barata que uma estrutura convencional, devido as condições financeiras do público alvo. Para que as pessoas de baixa ou média renda tenham mais segurança em relação ao local onde iram morar, já que atualmente elas não têm muita opção e acabam morando em condições inapropriadas. O uso de materiais sustentáveis ainda é baixo no Brasil devido ao medo de utilizar produtos diferentes, mas apesar disso o número de produtos e técnicas sustentáveis vem crescendo nos mercados.Sustainability is becoming one of the most addressed issues of the XXI st century, and has been introduced in several areas, one of which is civil construction. The objective of this work is to create an architectural project of a simple and sustainable residence of 98 square meters, replacing the conventional materials used in civil construction, for sustainable materials and techniques. Having as obstacles to create a structure with long durability and that is cheaper than a conventional structure, due to the financial conditions of the target public. So that the people with low or middle income have more security in relation to the place where they will live, since now they do not have much option and end up living in inappropriate conditions. The use of sustainable materials is still low in Brazil due to the fear of using different products, but the number of sustainable products and techniques is growing in the markets.
