Resumo
Os energéticos são bebidas não alcoólicas que estimulam o metabolismo
humano fornecendo a energia por meio da taurina ou da cafeína. A taurina é uma
substância conhecida também como 2- aminoeranossulfonico ou I-taurina, que pode
ser encontrada em alimentos como peixes, carnes e laticínios. Já a cafeína, é um
alcalóide do grupo das xantinas trimetiladas, é encontrada em aproximadamente 60
tipos de plantas como as folhas de diversos chás, noz de cola, frutos do guaraná,
grãos de café, e no cacau. Com a rotina corrida que a maioria das pessoas atualmente
possuem, a busca por uma fonte de energia tem crescido significativamente, o
mercado brasileiro de bebidas energéticas movimenta cerca de R$ 1,5 bilhões por
ano. Isso apenas afirma o fato de que o consumo dessas e bebidas vem crescendo
cada vez mais. Porém, nem sempre todos esses energéticos que existem no mercado
de bebidas, tem uma composição benéfica, sem ingredientes que possam afetar
nosso organismo a longo prazo. Por isso, este trabalho visa desenvolver um
energético natural com matérias primas mais saudáveis, com a substituição da cafeína
sintetizada industrialmente, que pode ser maléfica causando úlceras, diurese,
taquicardia, refluxo e hipertensão, pela natural. O energético que será produzido tem
como objetivo eliminar da composição tais elementos que prejudicam a saúde dos
consumidores, e, ainda sim, proporcionar a energia que eles tanto buscam com um
sabor agradável e palatável. Pesquisas realizadas mostram que é possível
desenvolver um energético mais natural, utilizando chás, frutas e guaraná, e ainda sim
seguir a legislação do produto. As pesquisas de campo elaboradas obtiveram melhor
resultado em relação ao sabor da fruta açaí, que é uma altamente nutritiva, aliada de
praticantes de atividades físicas pois tem a capacidade de repor grande quantidade
de energia que o nosso organismo perde diariamente. O público alvo são pessoas que
tem um cotidiano corrido, mas se importam com a sua saúde, e buscam formas
saudáveis de energia, como jovens e adultos entre dezesseis e trinta e cinco anos,
que normalmente são as fases mais corridas das nossas vidas.

Nowadays, with the racing routine most of people have, the search for na energy source has been growing significantly, the brazilian’s market of energy drinks moves about R$ 1.5 billion per year. That just affirms the fact that the consumption of beverages has been growing more and more. On the other hand, not Always all the energy drinks who exist on the beverage market, has a beneficial composition, without ingredients that can affect our organism in the long term. Therefore, this work aims to develop na energy drink with healthier raw materials, looking for a replacement of the Industrially synthesized caffeine which can be malignant causing ulcers, diuresis, tachycardia, reflux and hypertension, for the natural. The energy drink who will be produced aims to eliminate of the composition that elements detrimental to the health of consumers, and still giving the enrgy that they are looking for with a pleasant and palatable flavor. Research has shown that it is possible to develop an energy drink in the most possible natural way, with teas, fruits and guarana. And still follow the legislation of the product. The elaborated field researches obtained a good result relacionated to the açai’s flavor, which is a highly nutritive, allied to physical activity practitioners since because has the capacity to restore large amount of energy that our body daily loses. The target audience is people who have a daily routine, but care about their health and are seeking for healthy forms of energy, such as young people and adults between sixteen and thirty-five years, which are usually the most difficult phases of our lives.
