Segurança da informação em ambientes corporativos: segurança da informação como vantagem competitiva para as organizações

Abstract

A Segurança da Informação vem mudando paradigmas, principalmente nos últimos anos onde o tratamento de dados está sendo discutido mais profundamente. Com o advento de leis e normas, torna-se ainda mais importante compreender os riscos, implicações que a organização pode mitigar e os diferenciais que podem ser obtidos. Este trabalho apresenta uma análise dos riscos de segurança em um ambiente corporativo e aponta os desafios para a implantação da ISO 27001, abrindo caminho para a Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD). A pesquisa foi elaborada de forma exploratória, onde foi evidenciado através de etapas, um processo em que a implantação seja desenvolvida e os resultados sejam alcançados. Verificou-se que existem diversos compliances em que a organização pode se beneficiar, portanto, foi elaborado o plano para uma empresa que não possui nenhum controle aplicado. A partir da sugestão de aplicação, concluímos que a tecnologia se modifica a todo momento, e é papel da organização entender a segurança da informação não como um custo, mas sim como um investimento essencial para o sucesso da mesma.The Information Security has been changing paradigms, especially in the last years, where data processing is being discussed more deeply. With the advent of laws and regulations, it becomes more important to understand the risks, implications that the organization needs to mitigate and the differentials that can be achieved. The current work presents an analysis of security risks in a corporate environment and the challenges for the implementation of ISO 27001, initial point for the implementation of the General Law of Data Protection (LGPD). The research was elaborated in an exploratory way, where it was evidenced through stages, a process in which the implantation is developed, and the results are achieved. It was found that there are several compliances in which the organization can benefit, therefore, the plan was prepared for a company that does not have any applied control. From the application suggestion, we conclude that technology changes all the time, and it is the organization’s role to understand the information security not as a cost, but as an essential investment for its success.
