Dona Brownie

Abstract

O objetivo deste TG foi apresentar a viabilidade de uma confeitaria, tendo como público alvo quem procura produtos saudáveis, diatéticos ou intolerantes. A metodologia utilizada compreendeu os seguintes métodos de pesquisa: na primeira fase, utilizou-se a revisão bibliográfica, com o propósito de analisar na literatura teorias de cada área de conhecimento; no segundo momento, foi estudado o posionamento de mercado, estabilidade, e estudos financeiros indicando a viabilidade da empresa. Os resultados obtidos indicaram a vibilidade da empresa. Pode-se concluir que a Dona Brownie tem efetividade no ramo.The aim of this TG was to present the viability of a confectionery business with a focus on the target audience for those looking for healthy, dietetic or intolerant products. The methodology used comprised the following research methods: in the first phase, a bibliographical review was used in order to analyze the literature with theories from each area of knowledge; in the second phase, market positioning, stability, and financial studies indicating the viability of the company were studied. The results obtained indicate that the company is viable. It can be concluded that Dona Brownie is effective in its field.
