Trabalho voluntário virtual e seu impacto nas instituições sem fins lucrativos

Abstract

A pesquisa refere-se ao trabalho voluntário virtual que teve como objetivo entender o impacto que o voluntário causa nas instituições sem fins lucrativos e utilizar a internet como meio de contribuição para interessados em realizar doções. As metodologias utilizadas foram a qualitativa e descritiva, feitas por um questionário misto de forma virtual no Google Forms, a fim de coletar dados dos voluntários de acordo com suas opiniões e experiências. Verificou-se que a utilização do trabalho voluntário virtual ainda é pouco explorada e praticada, mas, é reconhecida como uma ferramenta importante, que facilita tanto em doações quanto na identificação de locais que precisam de ajuda. A partir dos resultados, conclui-se que, o trabalho voluntário virtual ainda é pouco utilizado e tem-se poucas referências acadêmicas sobre o assunto.The research, which focused on virtual volunteer work, aimed to understand the impact volunteers have on nonprofits and utilize the internet as a means of contributing to those interested in donating. The methodologies used were qualitative and descriptive, conducted through a mixed questionnaire conducted online on Google Forms, to collect data from volunteers based on their opinions and experiences. It was found that the use of virtual volunteer work is still underexplored and underutilized, but it is recognized as an important tool that facilitates both donations and the identification of locations in need of assistance. Based on the results, it is concluded that virtual volunteer work is still underutilized and there are few academic references on the subject.
