Pridejob: web site para divulgação de currículos da comunidade LGBTQI+

Abstract

Este trabalho tem como objetivo uma maior inclusão e orgulho do grupo LGBT no mundo do trabalho. Apresentaremos a trajetória histórica da comunidade no Brasil e suas dificuldades de empregabilidade no mercado de trabalho atuais e são citadas as tecnologias usadas no planejamento, implementação e operação do sistema. Como solução para maior inclusão criamos o PrideJob que é um Web site de divulgação de currículos das pessoas participantes da comunidade, sem medo de ser quem são, sem esconder sua sexualidade para ingressar no mundo do trabalho, esse sistema é inclusivo.This work aims at a greater inclusion and pride of the LGBT group in the world of work. We will present the historical trajectory of the community in Brazil and its difficulties of employability in the current job market and the technologies used in the planning, implementation and operation of the system are cited. As a solution for greater inclusion we created PrideJob, which is a website for publishing the resumes of people participating in the community, without fear of being who they are, without hiding their sexuality in order to enter the world of work, this system is inclusive.
