A pandemia da Covid-19 mostrou ao mercado a importância de manter um relacionamento com os consumidores e ter responsividade que significa se adaptar constantemente, conforme as novas demandas. Foi possível constatar que as organizações que não conseguiram acompanhar a nova era durante a pandemia acabaram fechando suas portas. Dito isto, este artigo é descreverá e demonstrará os benefícios que o Marketing Digital oferece para as empresas, desde a captação de clientes até agregação de valor à marca. Para a elaboração do mesmo foram utilizados pesquisas e levantamento de dados por meio de livros e periódicos para a melhor compreensão do assunt
The Covid-19 pandemic showed the market the importance of maintaining a relationship with consumers and the necessity to constantly adapt to new demands. It was possible to see that organizations that were unable to keep up with the new era during the pandemic ended up closing their doors. That said, the intention of this article is to describe and demonstrate the benefits that Digital Marketing offers to companies, from attracting customers to adding value to the brand. For the elaboration of the same, researches and data collection through books and periodicals were used for a better understanding of the subject.
