Resumo
Este Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso tem como objetivo analisar o perfil da
Geração Z no mercado de trabalho, identificando suas principais características,
expectativas e desafios. A pesquisa evidenciou que esses jovens, nascidos entre 1995
e 2010, destacam-se pela forte relação com a tecnologia, hiperconectividade e busca por
ambientes de trabalho flexíveis, inclusivos e inovadores. Entretanto, também enfrentam
dificuldades, como a adaptação a ambientes corporativos tradicionais, desafios
relacionados à saúde mental e à automação crescente no mercado de trabalho. Através
de uma pesquisa de campo, foram coletados dados que reforçam a necessidade das
organizações se adaptarem a esse novo perfil profissional, valorizando elementos como
bem-estar, diversidade e propósito. O estudo aponta que a Geração Z será protagonista
de grandes transformações, exigindo mudanças significativas na gestão de pessoas e
nos modelos organizacionais.
This Final Project aims to analyze the profile of Generation Z in the job market, identifying its main characteristics, expectations and challenges. The research showed that these young people, born between 1995 and 2010, stand out for their strong relationship with technology, hyperconnectivity and search for flexible, inclusive and innovative work environments. However, they also face difficulties, such as adapting to traditional corporate environments, challenges related to mental health and increasing automation in the job market. Through field research, data was collected that reinforces the need for organizations to adapt to this new professional profile, valuing elements such as well-being, diversity and purpose. The study indicates that Generation Z will be the protagonist of major transformations, requiring significant changes in people management and organizational models.
