Abstract

O estudo mostra através de uma pesquisa exploratória e bibliográfica, como a Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho (QVT) evoluiu, passando do foco na produtividade para a valorização do bem-estar e equilíbrio entre vida pessoal e profissional, destacando a relação entre trabalhador, ambiente e organização. Abordamos também as mais recentes alterações na NR1 e seus impactos no ambiente organizacional.The study, through an exploratory and bibliographical investigation, examines the evolution of Quality of Work Life (QWL), highlighting its shift from a productivity centered approach to an emphasis on employee well-being and the balance between personal and professional life. It underscores the interrelation between the worker, the work environment, and organizational structures. The text also discusses the most recent amendments to Regulatory Standard NR-1 and their impacts on the organizational context.
