Eutanásia: um direito ilegal

Abstract

Permeada por diversos entendimentos e aspectos envolvidos, a morte e a decisão sobre ele tem sido objeto de muitas discussões e divergências. Deste modo, o presente trabalho tem como objetivo geral apresentar a eutanásia de forma que possa ser encarada como algo benéfico para a sociedade e desnudar a ideia de que seja algo pernicioso; além disso, pretende-se investigar a possibilidade de economia de recursos financeiros destinados à saúde no país caso a eutanásia se tornasse algo lícito. A pesquisa terá características de natureza exploratória e descritiva, visando melhor entendimento sobre o assunto e verificação de possíveis soluções e saídas que possam servir como base para futuras pesquisas na área.Pervaded by various endeavors and aspects involved, a death and a decision about it has been the subject of much discussion and disagreement. In this way, the present work aims to present euthanasia in a way that can be seen as beneficial to society and to denude an idea that it is harmful; In addition, we intend to investigate the possibility of saving financial resources used in health in the country should euthanasia become licit. The research will have exploratory and descriptive characteristics, using a better understanding of the subject and the verification of possible solutions and applications that may serve as a basis for future research in the area.
