Logística no modal ferroviário para o transporte de grãos

Abstract

Este trabalho tem como objetivo abordar a Logística do modal ferroviário para o transporte de grãos, tendo-se como justificativa a relevância do assunto por diversas razões como o impacto na economia, eficiência no modal e a importância do escoamento de grãos no nosso país. Utilizando a metodologia aplicada, com uma abordagem qualitativa e com realizações objetivas e descritivas, obtivemos o entendimento de que a falta de investimento, infraestrutura antiga e a pouca integração com outros modais ainda são um grande impasse para ampliação do modal.

This paper aims to address the Logistics of the rail mode for grain transportation, having as justification the relevance of the subject for several reasons such as the impact on the economy, efficiency in the mode and the importance of grain flow in our country. Using the applied methodology, with a qualitative approach and with objective and descriptive achievements, we obtained the understanding that the lack of investment, old infrastructure and the little integration with other modes are still a great impasse for the expansion of the mode.
