Abstract

A cada ano que passa, aumenta o número de mulheres em cargos de liderança, porém, as dificuldades enfrentadas pelo fato de serem mulheres, continuam ainda existindo. Devido a esse fato, o objetivo deste artigo é identificar e analisar as principais dificuldades enfrentadas por líderes do sexo feminino em grandes empresas. o preconceito e diferenças salariais existentes entre homens e mulheres em cargos de liderança.With each passing year, the number of women in leadership positions increases, however, the difficulties faced by the fact of being women still exist.
