Resumo
O cenário atual apresenta uma elevada competitividade entre as empresas,
incentivando a busca pela inovação. Tendo em vista a era da qual vivenciamos, era da
informação, as empresas buscam e geram conhecimento e novas práticas de mercado,
apoiadas nas exigências dos próprios clientes, que, devido à rapidez da atualização das
organizações, buscam também a melhor forma de atender suas próprias necessidades.
Muitos se questionam sobre a importância do marketing para as pequenas e médias
empresas. Esse questionamento, em muitas pessoas acaba gerando falsas conclusões como a
que o plano de marketing é útil apenas às grandes organizações. Muitas pequenas e médias
empresas estão se utilizando das técnicas de marketing na geração de diferenciais
competitivos estimulando assim o aumento de seu faturamento.
O presente trabalho de Conclusão de Curso apresenta o plano de marketing para a
Darling Dog’s Pet Shop e Veterinária, abordando os conceitos de marketing para auxiliar na
formulação detalhada das ações de marketing necessárias para execução do plano. Foram
abordadas as etapas necessárias para sua elaboração, considerando a análise SWOT que avalia
as forças, fraquezas, oportunidades e ameaças no ambiente onde o empreendimento está
inserido, além da avaliação das metas, objetivos, estratégias, implantação e controle,
conforme determinado pelo plano de marketing que foi adotado.
The current scenario has a high competitiveness between companies, encouraging the pursuit of innovation. Given the era in which we experience, the information age, companies seek and generate new knowledge and market practices, supported the demands of their own customers, which due to its rapid update of the organizations also seek to best serve their own needs. Many wonder about the importance of marketing for small and medium businesses. This questioning, in many people just generating false conclusions as to what the marketing plan is useful only to large organizations. Many small businesses are using marketing techniques to generate competitive advantages thus stimulating the increase of its turnover. The present study Completion of course presents the marketing plan for the Pet Shop Dog's Darling, addressing marketing concepts to assist in the detailed formulation of marketing actions necessary to implement the plan. The steps necessary for its development were discussed, considering the SWOT analysis evaluates the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the environment where the project is included in addition to the evaluation of the goals, objectives, strategies, implementation and control, as determined by the plan marketing which was adopted.
