Abstract

O presente trabalho aborda o assunto da redução da maioridade penal, com enfoque nas hipóteses de pesquisas como, pesquisa de campo, entrevista com especialista da área, o posicionamento atual da sociedade em relação ao assunto, tornando, assim, uma pesquisa mais eficaz e destrinchando lacunas ainda existentes em relação ao assunto.This paper deals with the subject of Reduction of Criminal Majority, focusing on the hypotheses of research such as field research, interviews with specialists in the field, the current positioning of society in relation to the subject, thus making a more effective research and clearing gaps still existing in relation to the subject.
