Extrato vegetal de semente de girassol

Abstract

Este trabalho tem o intuito de apresentar o produto de nome Extrato Vegetal de semente de Girassol e tem como objetivo o aumento do mercado consumidor vegano, de forma versátil e mais barata, obtendo um produto livre de contaminantes prejudiciais a saúde do consumidor. O método será feito baseado nas sementes retiradas da flor Girassol e com água mineral e a junção de outros ingredientes também, para obter a formação do extrato vegetal. Uso do processo de esterilização, entre outros meios, para então chegar ao esperado. Como resultado, obter uma vida de prateleira duradoura, de no mínimo 3 meses para o produto, com grande parte de eliminação dos micro-organismos. Conclui-se que há uma estima grande para o produto e com grandes chances de proporcionar o resultado.This paper deals the product of the name Sunflower’s seeds vegetable extract and aims to increase the consumer market, in a versatile and cheaper way, obtaining a product free of contaminants harmful to the health of the consumer. The method is made based on seeds taken from the Sunflower and with mineral water and a junction of other ingredients too, to obtain the formation of the vegetable extract. Use of the sterilization process, among others, for the most similar to expected. As a result, get a shelf life lasting for at least 3 months for the product, with much elimination of micro-organisms. It is concluded that there is a great esteem for the product and with great chances of providing the result.
