Esfiharia Top 10.

Abstract

O presente trabalho surgiu da necessidade de se abrir uma empresa do ramo alimentício que vende esfihas, uma vez que a cidade não dispõe de um estabelecimento como esse. Após analisarmos o cenário e as condições locais, decidimos elaborar o nosso Trabalho de conclusão de curso, cujo projeto visa a abertura de uma Esfiharia. Esta trabalhará na forma delivery e terá sua loja física na rua Brasil no centro da cidade de Estrela D‘Oeste, na qual o cliente poderá usar ligações, whatsapp e até mesmo ir à loja para fazer os seus pedidos. Contará, também com horários diferenciados, ficando aberta às segundas-feiras e permanecendo fechada às terças feiras para que seja feita a limpeza geral e organização de estoques e para verificação do que precisa ser comprado para a semana e os fins de semana. O nome Esfiharia Top 10, foi pensado porque queremos ser rápidos e eficientes nas entregas e respeitar os nossos clientes sempre. Depois de aplicar as pesquisas vimos que seria uma empresa com o fluxo grande de clientes já que é o primeiro na cidade.The present work emerged from the need to open a food business that sells Esfiha, since the city does not have an establishment with this one. After analyzing the scenario and the local conditions, we decided to elaborate our Final Paper, whose project aims at the opening of a Esfiharia. This will work in the form of delivery and will have its physical store in Brazil street in the center of the city of Estrela D'Oeste, in which the customer can use links, whatstapp and even go shop to make your orders. It will also have different hours, being open on Mondays and remaining closed on Tuesdays for general cleaning and inventory organization and for checking what needs to be bought for the week and the weekends. The name Esfiharia Top 10 was thought because we want to be fast and efficient in deliveries and respect our customers always. After applying the surveys we saw that it would be a company with large flow of customers since it is the first in the city.
