Estufa de tinta eletrostática: uma alternativa econômica e acessível

Abstract

Este projeto apresenta a criação de um MVP (Produto Viável Mínimo) de uma máquina de pintura eletrostática, onde ela é composta por quatro projetos, sendo eles: A estufa, a pistola, o compressor de ar e o forno onde a peça teste secará. Visamos ao máximo reduzir o custo, pois a mesma só é encontrada em grandes fabricas e com um custo muito alto. Um de nossos objetivos principais é garantir que a máquina seja eficiente e que de forma segura, possa ajudar aqueles que usufruem da pintura, dando-lhes segurança, eficácia e lucro.

This project presents the creation of an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) of an electrostatic painting machine, where it is composed of four projects, namely: The oven, the gun, the air compressor and the oven where the test piece will dry. We aim to reduce the cost as much as possible, as it is only found in large factories and at a very high cost. One of our main objectives is to ensure that the machine is efficient and that it can safely help those who use painting, giving them safety, efficiency, and profit.
