Como adequar o controle de férias dentro de um supermercado?

Abstract

O presente trabalho aborda o assunto de controle de férias dentro de um supermercado, temos como objetivo com esse trabalho entendermos que a férias é um benefício, pois através das férias ocorre o descanso proporcionado aos colaboradores, e assim tem a possibilidade de restaurar a saúde, suas relações pessoais, melhorar a própria qualidade de vida pessoal e no trabalho. Além de falarmos sobre o controle de férias também abordaremos o assunto de abono pecuniário e outros assuntos importantes dentro de um controle de férias de um supermercado. Desta forma, o objetivo geral desse trabalho é demonstrar que o colaborador tem seus direitos dentro de uma empresa, porém é necessário conversar pessoalmente para saber se o colaborador quer realmente tirar esse período de férias ou prefere vender seus dias de descanso para a empresa. Por fim feito toda pesquisa temos resultados positivos e negativos referente ao período de descanso dos colaboradores.This work deals with the subject of vacation control within a supermarket. Our objective with this work is to understand that vacations are a benefit, because vacations provide employees with rest, and thus have the possibility of restoring their health, their personal relationships, improving their quality of life, both personal and at work. In addition to talking about vacation control, we will also address the subject of cash allowances and other important issues within a supermarke´t vacation control. Thus, the general objective of this work is to demonstrate that employees have their rights within a company, but it is necessary to talk personally to find out if the employee really wants to take this vacation period or prefers to sell their rest days to the company. Finally, after all the research, we have positive and negative results regarding employees´ rest periods.
